I LOVE THIS JOURNAL!!!! I had not been diligent in memorizing meaningful bible verses….this journal gives you a plan to do that….my favorite part is you are given a specific place to write all of your prayer request with a date…when it is answered you date it as well… so great to have that visual….it has been a wonderful tool to guide me and in my daily devotional time….

In one place I have been able to meditate on scripture supplied by the author, and enter even more verses that I find. I appreciate having my memory verses and notes about them all in one location with my ongoing prayer needs, answers, and things I am thankful for. It’s an easy spiral notebook to travel with and provides the opportunity for consistent, organized devotional time.

I have been using this journal for almost 2 months now, and am grateful to report that it has really helped me with my morning quiet time. I have been struggling to be consistent in prayer and study each morning. I just seemed to rush through reading a devotional and quickly praying for the requests that I could remember….
But now, I first review the verse that I am studying for the month and the notes and insights that God has given me, then I read my devotional and finally flip to the prayer request section….(i added tabs to make flipping through it easier)..I can’t believe what a difference this small change of only a few more minutes has made to my morning time with God, and how much more I am getting out of the devotional.
Of course, my first memory verse is …..Ps 119:18… Open my eyes that I might see wonderful things in your law. I am a stranger on earth, do not hide your commands for me…… ain’t He grand!….

I found this book to be a wonderful way to organize and prioritize special time for scripture, worship and memorization of God’s word. Just following the basic outline makes it very easy to set aside even a few minutes each day, which is much easier said than done!
