As an encouragement to you, I want to share some of the books that have taught me volumes about prayer and God’s Truth. Are you familiar with the phrase “Garbage in Garbage Out”? I believe that if you put unhelpful things in your mind it will manifest itself in your life. Garbage is around us everywhere in television, movies, the internet, books and so on. So, as written in Proverbs 4:23, we should “above all else guard your heart for everything you do flows from it”. If you want to have a clear vision of God’s will for you, seek God through His Word daily, memorize His Word, read, listen and watch godly pastors and authors. “For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also” (Matthew 6:21).
